I'm rather late finding this website and joining, with my family having had my Madison since Dec 16 (my father bought it as a Christmas present for my then 75 year old mother!), but after a lot of fun driving it now is the time to sell it.
I'm getting the car sorted out for the listings/detail needed to sell over the next couple of weeks when back to my father's house in West Sussex, close to Petworth/Chichester, but if anyone is interested or knows someone wanting one for the fun we all know they are please let me know.

Red, CDP 309k, 1972 VW 1647cc engine, genuine 1960s Chevrolet metal wire wheels and a Wolsey mascot. The previous owner upgraded the carburettor and added some bugpack parts, along with a new rear bulkhead with storage between the seats and the seats further back and lower, so…

Hi , I am wondering if anyone can help me , I am looking for a hood / cover for my car .
A supplier ? or anyone who can make one ? or even a template so I can get one made would be great .
Thanks
Steve
If it's a white with red I think I've seen a blog on its rebuild. It was extensive, looks great.
I haven't seen a template for a roof unfortunately. I agree, a roof is a must.

I'm looking to refresh the suspension in my Ford based Roadster as its a bit tired now, has anyone done this? If so, which bushings set did you use and where did you purchase?
Many thanks

Hi my Madison is for sale, reluctantly.
This is a beautiful Madison Roadster.
These automobiles are not often seen on the road nowadays and this one is a particularly fine example with its boat tail, swooping wings, long bonnet, trumpet exhaust trims, wire wheel caps, leather brake and gearstick gaiters, leather covered steering wheel and red upholstery.
It retains the art deco style dashboard, which is often missing, or has been replaced with wood. A wooden dash is out of keeping with the 1930's Packard style, the car emulates.
The Neville Trickett designed bodywork is in great condition, with just the right amount of patina an authentic car of this age might display.
I am completely enamoured with the car and I'm reluctant to sell her. I just haven't got the time, space and wherewithal to keep it.
Many thanks Steve, all sorted now.
